Rainy Day
We had one of those warm rainy days that are perfect for kids. I gave the girls their rain coats and decided to not care about how muddy or dirty they would get and told them to have fun!
5 Months
Liam is growing so fast! He sits up supported and prefers to be carried and moved around at all times. He's still blowing rasberries and has tried some oatmeal and loves it! Liam is still super affectionate and such a happy baby. Everyone comments on how happy he is all the time!
Nashville
That would be Nashville, GA not TN! We went down to Laura and Andy's for the weekend for Anna's blessing. It was actually a crazy weekend. Jason left around 12 on Friday for a boy scout campout. I spent Saturday taking the girls to a gymnastics class then packing and loading up the car. Jason got home around 5PM, took a quick shower, and we took off right away. Luckily, we got there pretty quick so it wasn't too late.
We got to see their new house they just built. So pretty! We stayed Monday so the kids could swim in their pool (also very pretty) and have some play time. Kate and Abby had so much fun playing with the boys and their toys and swimming in the pool. They even got to ride in the truck to go see their cows! We left Monday evening and were in the car for only few minutes before everyone passed out. It was a fun weekend and we're glad we were able to be there!

What I'm Grateful For and Not So Much
Why I'm Grateful
- I have an amazing support system of family, friends, and church
- Many people are praying for me
- I have a strong marriage
- We are done having kids and that we had our kids when we were young
- I was able to nurse Liam for 5 months
- Jason has an incredible job which will allow him to work from home and make his own hours
- I live near my parents
- My Doctor didn't dismiss it as a milk duct or fibroadenoma, which she was convinced it was and every sign pointed to.
- We live in Atlanta near the best doctors
- I have a strong testimony in God and Jesus Christ, and can do anything through my faith in God!
Not So Much...
- I have aggressive cancer, duh, even though I'm the epitome of being low risk...
- I had to stop nursing Liam
- I have to go through chemo, surgery, radiation. I'm scared, mainly of the unknown.
Why I'm MOST Grateful
- Our babies are all healthy! What more could I really ask for?!

Conversations
* Kate: "Abby do you need to go potty?"
Abby: "Not now"
Kate: "Are you SURE?"
Abby: "Yep."
Kate: "Ok, but let us know if you do."
Thank you Mommy Kate
* Lady at the pool to Abby: "You have beautiful eyes."
Abby: "Thank you, I have two of them!"
* Jason: Turned on the news
Kate: "Daddy, I want to watch my show. I haven't watched any of my shows alllllll day."
Jason: "Kate, you were watching Super Why when I came home."
Kate: "No, I wasn't (you could hear the outrage in her voice), I was watching Curious George!"
* Me: "Kate, can I have a hug?"
Kate: "Not right now."
Me: "Why not?"
Kate: "You won't let go."
Apparently I hug a little too long :)
Abby is quite amusing with her conversations too. Like when she yells up to the men working on our neighbor's roof to see her dirty feet then doesn't understand why they can't hear her even when she yells louder. It's crazy how she reasons and then pretty much gives monologues. I almost forget she's only 2!

Liam's Blessing was the perfect Sunday. We're so thankful to everyone who came up to celebrate this special day with us. Jason gave a wonderful blessing and we are blessed to have this little guy in our lives :) We sure do love him!

4 Months
Liam is 4 months old! It doesn't sound old but he seems like such a different baby. My pediatrician mentioned this is her favorite age and I have to agree that it is pretty fun! He rolls around all over the place, loves peek-a-boo, still smiles ALL the time and at EVERYONE, but his biggest smiles are reserved for me :) We are still only nursing and he is a pretty good sleeper with occasional rough patches mixed in. The girl's favorite thing he does now is blows raspberries, especially since he prefers when they do it back ;) My favorite is when he giggle and babbles! Maybe once a week we'll go to the pool and Liam will happily look around then take a nap in the stroller. He still loves to cuddle and is happiest when someone is holding him or talking to him. Toys are starting to become interesting and fun for him to hold. He also loves to cuddle a blanket or teddy bear.
At 4 months 2 weeks
Weight: 15 lbs 13 oz
Height: 25"
Head: 16.6"
* Liam has been rolling onto his stomach while sleeping. This scares the fool out of me since I'm constantly worried and sometimes end up waking him just to make sure he's okay. It's also annoying because apparently he likes to sleep on his stomach but if he wakes up he won't fall back asleep since he has a hard time rolling over to his back. This has made for a long couple of nights. One night I kept turning him over then he would roll back right away. After about 6 times I finally admitted defeat!
